If you are just starting in my downline of one these great business opportunities or your just looking for good tips. Be sure to not take your warm market as serious as the people you may not know.
The truth of the matter is that friends and family are great to tell because they will be a good referral tool but, they will be the first ones to rip your dream apart. We all know how much it hurts when someone close says, "you can't make it doing that."
Be willing to go out there and meet and talk to new people. The best part about network marketing is that you do not have to be a "salesman" to make it big. You have to build friendships and those will ultimately generate income.
•Talk to a prospect.
• If they are willing to share some life stories be sure to listen.
• Ask them question that pertain to their situation.
• Build up a sense of trust
• Never jump right into your business opportunity
• You are not in the sales industry you are changing lives
When a person is finished talking about their life they will generally ask "So, what is that you do?" This is your chance, the floor is yours. Now don't blow it going into details about your business. Unless you studied your business and know it to a science. Even then you don't want to spoil it with talking to much.
We are in a visual world today. Pull up a video or send them a link. Make sure you have one that has an intro, short story and compensation plan.
If your somewhere where you cannot get to a video call your sponsor. Or maybe you have contact to their up line. Put them on the phone with someone with more experience.
You want to make your business easy to do. People will not join anything that seems too complex. And besides your in the business of leveraging time.
And always be closing (A.B.C). I also share F.U.G.I Factors in my blog. Those great factors are awesome attributes when selling your product or opportunity.
When closing be sure to walk them through their back office and share business tools with them. People want to feel at ease and enjoy what they do. Don't take the fun out of an opportunity by leaving them hung out to dry. This will not help you succeed and build your downline.
If you are into personal development share the things that help you grow. Keep your team motivated. Repetition is the mother of success.
For inspiration and business tools feel free to join my business opportunities or just check out my website. I want everyone to succeed. No one should live on the 40, 40, 40 plan in this economy.

F.U.G.I Factors (Selling Techniques)
When selling products and services we all want to to know what were doing and be very effective in the field. Coming from the door-to-door marketing campaigns I have become a "beast" with F.U.G.I Factors. I'm going to break it down for you right now.
Fear of Loss: Make them feel as if they are losing out.
• Verbal --> checking schedule/ not sure if time is avail.
Ex: " let me check my schedule, my appointments are booking up fast."
• Non-Verbal --> take flyer away, step back
Urgency: Act Now!
• Verbal --> limited time, one spot, one day left
• Non-Verbal --> hands movements, have a fast pace
Greed: Jones Effect, People want what others have
• Verbal --> Name drop, we are signing up a bunch of people today
• Non - Verbal --> show your other sign ups and or sales
Indifference: Act like you don't care
• Verbal --> " I'm signing up a ton of people today it's up to"
• Non - Verbal --> leaning/ don't worry about your posture
If you are marketing offline be sure to try these factors to lure in solid leads for your business. Be confident try not to look like a sales person. NO ONE WANTS TO BE SOLD.
If you can build a relationship do it. It's a key component.
